Owner Financing Terms for newbies

Good Afternoon BiggerPockets,

I have a fantastic property under contract but unfortunately FHA didn't come through and I can't cover a 20+% down payment.

I wanted to explore owner financing and see what kind of terms other members on here have presented the seller. I have some ideas but I’m looking for any advice and examples in order to make sure I present something that won’t get laughed at.
