Recommendations for selling our house with no equity

Alfredo Montoya
Posted

Hello everyone,

We are stuck in an unfortunate situation with our new home and i wanted to reachto get some advice.

The house is a new build and we closed on it two months ago; however, looks like we will have to move back to the city we moved from due to a job reassignment. Its definitely bad timing and we are quite stressed out about it for sure. One of the biggest issues i think is that this is a new build and the builder is still building around the neighborhood. Also, we didn't put anything down (VA loan), so we have no equity.

I just wanted to get some advice and see if anyone has any recommendations on how to deal with this situation. Its all new to us and like I mentioned before, we are a bit stressed out about it all.

Thank you all for any information you can provide. Anything helps at this point.

Sincerely,

Alfredo
