"Cowboy Capital of the World" That is a small population that is growing rapidly given the proximity to San Antonio and its growth. If you travel along highway 16 you can see the growth. I have a relative that lives there and go there often. I don't know if there is enough business there since it is a small population to sustain an ongoing flip business.
