Anyone hear of Tyler Bennett Real Estate?

Hey friends,

I am about to do a 1031 exchange and was looking for a company to help reinvest the funds (I know, you don't *need* a company and anyone can just do research and purchase themselves..but let's just say I have had some serious real estate "bruises" in the past and am happy to pay for someone to ensure I get myself into a good property, suiting my needs and goals).

Someone recommended Tyler Bennett real estate, https://www.tbrealestate.com/.  Have spoken with them and they seem legit and good, but have not seen much about them online otherwise.

Any information is appreciated.

I don't know anything about Tyler Bennett real estate. Maybe interview them and get a feel for the firm?
