Indiana/Indianapolis residential resale contract

Hi,

I am an investor from Austin that is looking at putting an offer on a property in Indianapolis. I am use to Texas contracts. For Texas everyone, investors and realtors, just use the Texas Real Estate commissions One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale) that can be found on their website.

http://www.trec.state.tx.us/formslawscontracts/forms/forms-contracts.asp

Does Indiana have standard form that everyone uses?

If not, what form is suggested to use for resale contracts on 1-4 family residential in Indiana?

Thanks,

Shawn

PS: I have searched the forums and looked through the resources on here already.
