Hello BP! I am fairly new to this business but am fairly familiar with the basics. I have a question and was looking for some help. My plan is to target estate sales in my area. My county does not have the information available online so I would have to go to the courthouse to access public records for this information. Has anyone had any experience with this? If so, what was your process? I have a process in mind but would like to see what success others have had.
