Buying a small portfolio

I have recently come across an opportunity to purchase an 8 unit portfolio from a real estate investor. 7/8 of the properties have recently had the interiors renovated and all of them are currently filled with tenants. I purchased my first rental property toward the end of 2021 and am interested in this opportunity. Aside from running numbers, what questions should I seek an answer to from the current owner before moving forward with this portfolio?

Thank you!
