Hey all, just wanted to drop a quick line - just purchased a large multifamily and 2 SFR rentals in Nashville. Had the pleasure of working with a great agent in the Nashville area. Most agents I work with don't know anything about investment property, so this was a nice change! Her name was Katie Christopher.
