Introduction to Cleveland RE Investing

Hello BiggerPockets Community - I'm new to the BP site - but have been an RE investor (Buy and Hold) for 20+ years in Michigan.  I've moved to the Cleveland area and have begun the process of 1031 exchanging my real estate from Michigan to the Cleveland area.  I'm looking to develop a legal / title company team in the Cleveland area that is familiar with creative financing and closing these types of transactions.  It would be incredibly helpful if someone could make some attorney and title company recommendations.  Thanks!!
