NWM Listing Service -- Form 1A Question

We're looking to sell our home. Realtor provided Form 1A and I provided revisions back to Section 4 "Commission." Specifically that section currently states:

"If during the Listing Term (a) Seller sells the Property and the buyer does not terminate the agreement prior to closing; or (b) after reasonable exposure of the Property to the market, Firm procures a buyer who is ready, willing, and able to purchase the Property on the terms in this Agreement and as set forth in the attached Listing Input Sheet incorporated herein by this reference, Seller will pay Firm a commission of X% of the sale price..." The current language reads as if we're automatically required, even if our circumstances change to accept any offer if it meets the listing price, conditions, etc.

My edit was to subsection (b) and stating that indicating that Seller (me) would still need to agree to the offer even if it fell under subsection (b). Realtor/Broker rejected this edit and said "we can't make changes because we have an agreement with NWMLS that requires us to accept any offer that meets the Listing Input Sheet and pay out the commission to both Buyer and Seller agent, even if the house does not sell."

Can this provision really not be changed? Or is the agent/broker ********ting me? It seems unreasonable and unjust.
