Bought two months ago-- now selling--closing question

My head is spinning. Spent a year looking for a house that would be a great fixer upper/primary. Finally won a contract and closed two months ago. Since the day I moved in, my neighbor has been asking to buy it. We have finally come to an agreement that I feel is a great financial opportunity since she is paying well above market and I have not lifted a hammer yet. She drew up the contract. I had a closing attorney look at it and he said looks good. This may be a stupid question, but should I have legal representation for the closing? Thank you in advance.
