Sharing foreclosure resale issue
Hi! Im trying to resale a town house purchased in Somerset county sheriff sale. Buyers attorney found out there are some open judgement under the same name of the previous owner. They are looking for last four SS number and DOB of previous owner. All I have is the deed and State of NJ affidavit saying the house has no mortgage, lien or encumbrance. How do I go about selling this house. Need some help and guidance.
Thx in advance.

If you have the sheriffs deed they should have that and get them a copy of the foreclosure.
Unless it’s an IRS lien should be good but a title report and your attorney should be able to clear it up
