Any Taylor Investors here? Need info on the area

I have been getting leads from the Taylor area. Is anyone here familiar with the Taylor? The leads I get are from a wholesaler and I'm contemplating taking one of his deals and doing a rehab and flip.

But it's out of my realm and would like some input on the market and neighborhoods. I live about an hour away so it would be a lot of driving for me to oversee a project there and would need to be worth it.
