Buying, Selling, Holding, or Sitting on the Sidelines?

Hi, I'm an investor and I own several properties in Colorado and Alabama. I am watching the current events, keeping my attention on the market cooling, and wondering what everyone is doing as far as investing? My next main move will be to jump into a larger multi-family property, however with all the talk of a bubble bursting, market correction, and uncertainty I am unclear on when the right time will be to start actively pursuing a deal? What key indicators is anyone watching?
