Possible DUPLEX Purchase, What are my options?

Hello Bp Family,

I have a seller who wants to get rid of her duplex, she says,"its a big headache." Owes about 110,000 on the property and its in a good neighborhood. My only problem is I'm a college student without a job. Are there any alternate routes I can use to get this property without or should I even consider getting this property?
