Raised money to invest in real estate, but stuck on where to start!
Hello BP,
I need some advice on kick starting my investing career. I currently own a small business in Atlanta, but I want to start investing. I would like to keep running my company and invest on the side (part-time).
I raised a nice amount of money (a little under 100k) and I want to invest the money. I am thinking about doing a flip. I am also interested in buying a residential property and rezoning it for commercial use and then sell it. Any suggestions or advice?
Also, would it be smart to learn the market in another state, such as PA, that has more inventory? Thanks again BP!
