NOOB here. How to deal with squatters or occupants after buying..

I'm looking into REO and auctions but one thing that is holding me back is having to deal with squatters or occupants who are foreclosed on. I heard this can be a nightmare. I'm also noticing a lot of real estate listings that indicate the buyer would have to deal with squatters on their on. Very foreign to me and would like your feedback.

Thanks!

Britt
