Need recommendations on a property that is currently categorized

We purchased a property that used to be a duplex but was converted into a SFH. The previous owner had made a opening in the living room area to join both units, the water and gas lines are combined to make only one bill. Electricity is the only thing separated. Now after purchasing we have opened up the rest of the living room to make it a open concept, the property is still categorized as a duplex what will have to be done for the property to be categorized as a SFH when it comes to listing it ?
