How to sell a international development

I have a few questions regarding selling and brokers.

As a brokers/realtors could you be able to sell a property in other country, like México? As brokers could you sell beachfront developments or just houses? If a client is looking for a investment such as a beachfront house in other country, with who is he talking to make this happen? If I’m looking for a broker to sell my development, where do I need to find it?
