Buying a Condo that is in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Hello! 

I was looking into foreclosures when I came across a condo that was in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I plan on contacting the trustee for details, ie what, if any, liens are on the property. Is there anything else I should know about purchasing a bankruptcy property versus a foreclosure?
