Trying to find city statistics (Job growth, population etc.)

I watched a video awhile back from Nate Barger and he showed a website that he used to analyze different markets. Does anyone know what he uses or another site similar? Looking to determine which local counties would be best to further our marketing to and where we’d like to hold rentals. Thanks in advance!
