Buying a rental in an inflated market
Hey Everyone!
I am looking for some help with the situation I am in. I live in Alberta, Canada and I currently have the opportunity to get my first rental unit filled with tenants already.
Due to our market up here in Canada being very inflated I'm worried that there will be a big correction coming here in the next year or so and I'm not sure if I should wait until the correction to buy or ride it out?
