Looking to Build a Strong Portfolio

Hi There!

I’m looking to get in contact with a real estate agent here in NYC to discuss investment strategies. I purchased my first property about six months ago and I’m looking to make a plan for my next few properties. I’m starting to build up my capital again and would like to know how much I should be aiming for in terms of savings for a down payment. I’m also open to discussing potential strategies such as flipping, short term rentals and multi-family house hacking. I’m very open to new ideas for different types of investments and would like to get in touch with someone who can provide me with some guidance and potentially work with me long term.
