Right Of Refusal Contracts. What Can Go Wrong?

What are some things to consider/look out for in a right of first refusal contract?

For example: what happens if they pass away and the home is willed to someone else, etc...

If there is a solid contract that anybody can refer it would be appreciated, and I will of course have an attorney review it.
