Hi everyone. Goodmorning! It's 6 a.m. In Houston! I spoke to woman yesterday who wants to sell a home that her husband left her and her son through his will. She has power of attorney over her son who is incarcerated and he is wanting and willing to sell also. My question is, does she have to go to probate court to make sure the will is binding. She has not done anything since her husbands death. She just has his written will and is not really sure about the whole process. Neither am I. By the way, I live in Texas. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
