How should I hold title to my home?

Hi!

I am currently in escrow for a home and wanted to know your opinions on how I should hold title to my home.

I had my mom co-sign with me on the mortgage but I will be paying for everything: mortgage, taxes, down payment etc. I just needed a co-signer to qualify for a home loan.
