Uptown Condo Property - Looking to sell
I'm looking for some advice/thoughts on the best way to pitch and sell my off market condo in Uptown that is currently being rented through Spring 2023. I moved out of MSP in 2017 and have been renting out my unit ever since. Given I have no plans to return to MSP, so I'm looking to shed this property and use that cash to invest in the Indianapolis area instead. Does anyone have any recommendations on who/where to try and get interest in this property. Newbie here, so any advice is appreciated!
