How can I get a private loan for my first real estate investment

Hello Bigger pockets forum, I am reaching out in hopes to gain information on private lending. I have learning about real estate investing through my dad and bigger pockets. There is a forclosure house on the market near me for 30k and since I've been following the market I know the house, once fixed up could easily fetch 160k. Its in bad shape but coming from a family of construction workers and haveing experience of helping my father with his own fixer-uppers this is an opportunity I want to pursue so any feedback on private lending or the situation in general would be helpful, thank you.
