Travis - If you share a little more about what you're looking for, you'll probably receive more detailed answers. What are you hoping to do? Flip? Hold? Are you looking for single family homes, multifamily or condos? What return are you looking for? What class of neighborhood are you comfortable with? What's the price point?

Jacksonville is humongous. We have every level of neighborhood here and every type of home from multimillion $ waterfront mansion to trailers in the country to downtown condos. There is more than a single best place to invest.
