Looking to buy Airbnb-able 4brm home in or near Lake Nona...

Hey guys, my wife and I have moved to Lake Nona due to work and love the area. We are also current property owners in Charleston, SC where we manage a duplex through Airbnb which has been doing quite nicely for us. Since we're looking to be here in Orlando for around 3ish years we thought about pressing 'repeat' and buy another property to, in 3 years, turn around and Airbnb. I was wondering if any experienced real estate agents or investors could spare some advice on the tactic of buying a 3-4 bedroom in the 350k-450k range that we could live in for 3ish years and then; when my job transfers me elsewhere, transition it to being a full-time Airbnb? We know Lake Nona is white hot so we'd plan to buy and hold. We also hear mixed things about the Airbnb rules of Orange County which concerns us. We'd also want to Airbnb this Lake Nona property a good bit even during the years we're living in it; you know, a week here, a summer there, etc. Again, if you could share your thoughts we'd be grateful!
