Hello everyone

By the way kudos to this website. I am new to this site and was blown away with the information available. I request if anyone can let me know what would be the best financing option to obtain on a second property (investment property). I plan to buy one house and rent it in my area but already have loan on my first house.

Kindly suggest options or point to the information on this site.
