Denison Duplex zoned "Local Retail" in residential neighborhood
Hey everyone,
We have a duplex locked up we are trying to figure out steps for and it is zoned as a duplex on the county CAD, but the city has that particular neighborhood as a "Local Retail" (basically a business district)
There is a single duplex zoned in the middle of the street, so it's probably fixable but other than applying to the city for a zoning update after purchase what should I be aware of as a newbie in this area?
