Occupancy question
purchased a triplex with the intent of living in a unit for a year and then renting out all 3 units. When I finished my closing
There is an attached rider ( 1-4 Family Rider, assignment of rents) to the deed stating that Covenant Item 6 of the Security Deed is deleted.
The rider says, unless lender and borrower otherwise agree in writing, Section 6 concerning Borrower
