DIY deed transfer with self different entities?

I am preparing deed transfer for a few houses held in my own name to my revocable trust’s name. The estate lawyer wants to use title companies for the deed transfer, but that’s ridiculously expensive, I am wondering if there are some resources online where I can create them myself? It seems so obvious that it’s a simple DIY thing transferring between your own different entities but I don’t hear about this often. Thanks!
