Cash out refinance recommendations in Columbus Ohio

Does anybody have any recommendations on who to use for a cash out refinance in Columbus, Ohio? I've worked with First Ohio Homes but they only provide an LTV of 70%. I recently rehabbed a duplex and am trying to get my money out with a higher LTV if possible. Thank you for your help.

What's the value of the property? Ohio is known to have low values and you may run into per unit minimums with non-qm lenders.
