Getting my first deal

HI my Name is Dale Spears, I am originally from Tallahassee Fl, But now because of work I reside in Gainesville FL. I’m investing in multi-family here. I found a property, already been approved by a mortgage broker, ran the numbers multiple times and my investor friendly agent said this was a good buy. I’m ready to put in a offer but i just want to make sure I go about it the right way. When putting in offer what do I need have in the underwriting besides inspection?
