My brother asked me a question regarding transferring a property from an LLC to his personal name. I know you normally just quit claim the deed. The problem is he closed the LLC that holds the title 5 years ago. The property is a empty lot in LA County. Can you transfer title from a closed LLC? thanks for your time Adam
