I currently have 2 rental properties that I recently purchases. I have enough cash to buy 2-3 more, BUT that'd be basically the end of my quick money. What I'd like to do is, instead of buying those LTR's, I'd like to do flips. Instead of doing one at a time with the cash I have now, am I able to use my credit to get some kind of loan or mortgage loans to leverage to do 2+ flips at once instead? Totally lost on the best way to get access to cash, best rates, ROI, etc. Has anyone done this and what was the best way to do that? Thank you so much in advance!!
