Does anyone have experiance with Boom Home Offers (BHO llc)?

I am looking to sell one of my rental properties and they made me a very compeditive offer as is with the tenats still in. I reviewed the contract and Proof of funds but then I called to verify the "hedge fund" did not authorize the line of credit and actually mentioned a bad transaction with Boom. Boom has since apologoized and sent a corrected Proof of fund but of course I am still consered. I would love to hear if anyone else has experiance with them?
