Hi Guys,

I'm looking into software for hunting down a few properties. I have been looking at PropStream but I wanted to get some feedback on if the platform is the best or if there are better options out there? Also, any other hunting ideas would be appreciated too.

the local county auditor list + fastpeoplesearch.com + followupboss + opencorporates is a good way to get contacts and find deals.
