FUNDING~ Short Term Rental Asset Loans

Hi All curious if anyone has any recommendations for funding for a short term rental asset loans? I am looking at a property for 3.9 mill that has a gross of about $450k a year and I can refinance some of my current properties to pull some cash but need to find out what my options are to buy this property as soon as possible. Thank you
