Buying an unfinished new construction

My wholesaler came to me with an opportunity to purchase a deal that is a 2018 build just wasn't ever completed. Final MEP and Framing inspections have not been done. All its missing is cabinetry, some fixtures, and paint. Any tips for something of this matter?
