Refinancing the BRRR under an LLC

Good Morning Fellow Investors!

Hope everyone is getting after it today - I'd greatly appreciate all feedback on the situation below.

I purchased my first short term rental on a lake east of Dallas and it has done phenomenally well! We purchased in June, rehabbed a little, began renting, and are now looking to refinance out of the primary loan and pay off the 10% seller financing second lien.

As we are searching for a lender, many have had issues refinancing the property because my LLC is on the title and are requesting I move the title under my personal name... surely an LLC owning the property can't be a deal-breaker for BRRR method.

Has anyone else encountered this or successfully navigating a refi under an LLC?

Hi @Devin Fakner - You just need to get the right lender. Message me and I can put you in touch with investor friendly lenders that not only are willing to finance properties in the name of an LLC but require it. No tax returns or W2s either. I've used these lenders to build my entire portfolio of 161 rentals. Happy to share.
