Securing Long Term Financing

Hey guys, I am wondering what others have done for securing refinancing or new loans on scaling up and BRRR method. We are running into where all local banks only want to offer short term ARM loans on LLC purchases. Is this common or have others found relationships to where banks and lenders offer longer term fixed rate loans to continue to BRRR and move forward? Just gauging how others are securing money to continue growth plans.
