Finding seller-side financing deals in Canada

Anyone have repeat success with doing this and open to sharing their strategy?

What are some things you think about when putting these kinds of deals together?

Would really appreciate your advice on this. I live in Vancouver, BC and seem like deals like this are few and far in between in my area but may be more feasible in the suburbs.
