Rookie question on a sale

Cynthia R.
Posted

Hello I met up with a realtor who will possibly assist me with a sale of an investment property I have. One suggestion given I’m quite unsure about is not listing the property address. Reasoning given was to deter unwanted visits since it’s tenant occupied. People thinking it’s vacant and try to steal or get in. However I get the feeling it would have less exposure by doing this. What’s the pros and cons with this tactic what am I missing? Thanks in advance.
