Looking to invest in Charlotte NC

Hello,

I was looking to connect with fellow multi-family residential investors in the Charlotte NC area and tertiary markets surrounding Charlotte . I just started my due diligence in the area . My preliminary areas of interest are Salisbury ,Kannapolis and Locust but I am open to any surrounding areas with population and job growth .

I am a seasoned investor with 30 years experience . I am looking to acquire 50-150 unit multi-family residential properties that need to be repositioned . Looking for C properties that can be rehabbed to B properties .
