Thoughts on buying near junkyard
Hello. We are first time investors in Atlanta and came across a neat townhouse for good price (not below or above market). The numbers all make sense, however the townhouse and neighborhood backs up to a auto junkyard. There are trees between back of townhouse and junkyard so privacy isn’t the issue. We are unsure how this would affect us. The plan is to rent for years but eventually we will sell, so wondering how badly this could affect re sale and renting. Thoughts? TIA
