First Time Financing For a Rental, Not Using a Mortgage
I am wanting to buy my first rent home. Right now the home is owned by my parents which was given to them through my grandmothers succession. Also, we will be rehabbing this home. My partner is a contractor. I am a real estate agent in South Louisiana, and just can’t qualify for a mortgage as of now. The home is paid for there’s no mortgage. My question is, what or some options for financing ? I was thinking seller financing or bond for deed.
