Legal Structure to scale our business - attorney required!

Hi everyone, 

I've started my investment journey in 2021 with 4 acquisitions and I am now looking to scale through new investors and private money. But before I'd like to setup the right legal structure that allows me to sleep well at night and provides all the necessary comfort to my investors. It's been quite difficult so far finding any attorney either available and/or knowledgeable enough to provide the right assistance. 

Any contacts you would recommend? I'm trying to set up the right LP/GP/LLC structure to bring canadian dollars to the US (accounting is a bit more straightforward).
